Wall Street strings coal along

US COAL stocks have spent the week yo-yoing through days of gains and losses. Thursday saw the majority of New York Stock Exchange coal stocks slip into the red after a positive session on Wednesday. Liberty Coal has been trading at a higher-than normal volume over the past few sessions and on Thursday lost 25% to bottom out the watchlist. The two biggest players Consol and Yanzhou lost 2.8% and 0.9% respectively.
