Partnership agreement on belt weighing products

Kinder & Co said the unit is a very rugged, user friendly, easy to calibrate digital system that can weigh any bulk solid product as it moves along a conveyor belt system within about 0.5% accuracy. The model WY25 is accurate to about 0.25 %.

“The distribution and partnership is between Tecweigh and Kinder and complements our existing range of belt conveyor products,” said managing director of Kinder & Co., Neil Kinder.

Kinder said the WY15 was a product suited to the needs of many Australian companies as it has two precision strain gauge load cells for incredible reliability and durability. This is combined with the simple two step calibration utilising self-storing ‘cal’ weights – making calibration easy and safe.

Two precision strain gauge load cells provide precise measurement; there are no knife-edges, bearings, or rubber supports; the unit resists impact; is available in single and dual idler models; and it allows fast and easy installation.

Tecweigh is a designer and manufacturer of conveyor belt weighing equipment for the mining, quarrying and all bulk solids processing industries. With manufacturing and service facilities in Australia, Tecweigh products are sold and serviced worldwide through a network of distributors.
