Cadia cops another $15k fine

NEWCREST Mining has been hit with another $15,000 fine from the New South Wales Environmental Protection Authority for failing to control dust at the Cadia gold mine, just as underground operations restart after a three-week suspension due to instability in a ventilation shaft.
