FINGERS are being pointed as investigations into how a tiny capsule containing radioactive caesium-137 went missing during the 1400km journey from Rio Tinto’s Gudai-Darri iron ore mine in Western Australia’s Pilbara to SGS’ facility in the Perth industrial suburb of Malaga.
