Inspectorate warning after coal mine tragedy

QUEENSLAND’S coal inspectorate has released a safety alert after the tragic death of a 27-year-old coal worker at BHP Mitsubishi Alliance’s Saraji mine near Dysart in Queensland’s Bowen Basin on January 15.
