Illegal Pilbara miners caught red handed

WESTERN Australia’s Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety has warned prospective prospectors of the need to comply strictly with the Mining Act and regulations and conditions relating to Section 40E permits, in the wake of an illegal mining incident in the Pilbara.
