The Model CR is a rotating paddle-style level control that indicates the presence or absence of dry bulk material within a vessel.

A low-torque motor drives a paddle sensor that rotates constantly inside the bin. The paddle rotates freely until it detects the presence of material.

Once material is detected by the paddle and stops the rotation, it triggers one or more micro switches.

Micro switches can be used to motion audible or visual warnings or halt operations completely to reduce the risk of overflow.

The switches and motor are independent of each other providing a longer running life.

The housing is made of cast aluminium and is available in NEMA Type 4 dustproof and weather tight models and NEMA Type 7 & 9 models for explosion proof environments.

Units can be top or side mounted and can be used for high or low-level control applications.

All units have a field adjustable sensitivity and time delay.
