Coalspur shares were suspended from trading on the Australian Securities Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of trade on June 11, 2015.

Coalspur shareholders who hold shares on June 18, 2015, will be entitled to receive the scheme consideration of $A0.023 per share which will be paid within five business days of implementation of the scheme.

The implementation date for the scheme is expected to be June 25, 2015.
