The Health and Safety Executive on Monday issued an order which calls for a systematic review of ground control requirements in an area of the mine associated with the current production phase.

The fatality occurred when contractor Anthony Carrigan, 42, was killed in a roof fall accident last week.

Carrigan was killed while performing routine repair work in a roadway when a side wall collapsed.
