During the Bounty Industries' general meeting today Gray announced his retirement from the board.

Gray has accepted an executive position in an international resource exploration company and as a consequence considered it inappropriate to continue as director of Bounty.

"Mark Gray showed great entrepreneurial flair in putting together the enterprise which became Bounty Industries Limited, and was instrumental in commercializing Thin Seam Mining in Australia. The company thanks him for his unique contribution to the company," chairman Colin Knox said.
