Kalbfleisch will oversee broad-based technology initiatives and will report to executive vice president of human resources and administration Sharon Fiehler.
Prior to joining Peabody, Kalbfleisch was director of information technology for MEMC Electronic Materials, a global manufacturing company. His nearly 20 years of career experience includes 12 years of management in information technology in addition to a variety of engineering assignments with increasing responsibilities.
Kalbfleisch has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
