Both will report to the company’s associate general counsel, Joseph Bean.
Houdyshell earned her bachelor’s degree from Webster University and her juris doctorate from the St. Louis University School of Law. She brings more than 10 years’ experience to Peabody.
Her responsibilities will include representing Peabody’s commercial and real estate dealings as well as information technology and general corporate issues.
Sutter, who received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University School of Law, joins the company with more than a dozen years of legal background.
He will represent its affairs with regard to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, corporate and securities law and corporate finance.
