Macfarlane fires up over investment snub

QUEENSLAND Resources Council CEO Ian Macfarlane has lashed out at the state government for not having a long-term plan to attract resources investments after the Fraser Institute Annual Survey of Mining Companies ranked the Sunshine State 15th in the world for investment attractiveness.
