Stanmore pays US$380M to mop up BMC minorities

STANMORE Resources has secured a $US380 million share sale agreement with Mitsui Coal that mops up the remaining 20% of the BHP Mitsui Coal Queensland coal assets it did not own after its initial $US1.35 billion acquisition for 80% of the assets in May.
