White appeal over Bayan judgement knocked back

WHITE Energy has suffered another blow in its long-running legal dispute with Indonesian group Bayan over the breach of a joint venture contract after the Singapore Appeals Court dismissed its appeal and upheld findings by the Singapore International Commercial Court in tranche 3 of the proceedings.
