Strike against Whitehaven board after fiery AGM

BELL Rock has registered its protest against Whitehaven Coal’s US$4.1 billion acquisition of BHP Mitsubishi Alliance’s Daunia and Blackwood coal mines by leading shareholders to lodge a shock strike against the company’s remuneration report at the miner’s annual general meeting.
