It has met a milestone in the arrangement Solid Energy has with its creditors, the company said in a statement.

“Goldman Sachs is now working with Solid Energy to prepare marketing materials in support of the sales program,” the company said.

“The company is already being contacted by interested parties and accordingly has directed Goldman Sachs to begin preliminary discussions during December with those parties in New Zealand and internationally who have expressed interest.”

Solid Energy expects that as the sales process unfolds an information memorandum and Data Room will be made available to registered interested parties.
