Acacia appoints Lawrence to the board

Lawrence has more than 12 years of diverse experience in the resources industry, including seeking new venture opportunities with ASX listed companies.

He holds a Master of Petroleum Engineering, a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from Curtin University in Western Australia.

Lawrence is also a non-executive director of Tamaska Oil and Gas.

Brett Mitchell has resigned as a director of Acacia to pursue other business interests.

The Acacia board is made up of executive chairman Adam Santa-Maria, non-executive director Logan Robertson and non-executive director Brett Lawrence.
