Still being sought are presentations on topics including, but not limited to, underground mining, safety and health, exploration, new mine development, air, industrial minerals, coal, surface mining, bulk materials handling, processing and reclamation.
Organisers also said the educational sessions, scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday of the show week of September 22–24, are an “integral part” of the event.
“MINExpo sessions focus on topics and ideas that mining personnel can apply to resolve operational challenges, improve safety and increase productivity,” the organisers said, adding that each session is expected to take two hours and can include the talks of up to four presenters.
