The meeting will be the forum for Working Group progress reports, following the March establishment of six working groups to progress implementation.
The industry Action Agendas are a key strategy to help Australian industries identify new opportunities and to achieve sustainable development and export growth.
The working groups aligned with the MTSAA Report recommendations include: Unifying the MTS Sector, chaired by Hydramatic Engineering managing director John Wood; Innovation through Technology chaired by JKTech managing director Tim Napier-Munn; Attracting Investment chaired by Runge executive director Christian Larsen; Embracing e-Business for Growth chaired CBD Energy CEO Wayne
Rudland; Skills Supply and Professional Development chaired ausimm CEO Don Larkin; and Intellectual Property chaired by CRC business manager Mark Neville.
