Sargent will continue to supply vehicles to Thiess and extend an association of more than 30 years. Sargent currently supplies nearly 300 vehicles to Thiess.
The deal is for 12 months, with a further three-year option.
Sargent chief executive officer Zac Zahner said the reappointment will help continue Sargent’s growth strategy and see additional vehicles deployed to Thiess.
“We have a strong relationship with Thiess and are delighted to continue our long association,” Zahner said.
“Thiess’ procurement team are extremely professional and provide plenty of reliable and accurate information for us to refine their fleet service requirements.
“Their category management and sophistication of information fed back to us is second to none.
“Thiess back their commitment to us and conduct field visits with Sargent to their operations to get the most out of the partnership.”
Sargent’s vehicles are utilised by Thiess across a range of construction, mining and civil projects.
