On Thursday Walter said it was not satisfying a NYSE continued listing standard.
“The NYSE requires that the average closing price per share of a listed company's common stock be at least $US1.00 over a consecutive 30 trading-day period,” Walter said.
“As of March 3, 2015, the average closing price per share of the company's common stock over the preceding 30 trading-day period was $0.99. Under the NYSE's rules, the company has six months to regain compliance with the NYSE's continued listing standards.”
Walter did not comment on this news in its announcement, or reveal what steps it might consider to help lift its share price performance.
