The two-day biennial conference takes place on August 23–24 and showcases the latest in mineral and petroleum exploration project developments and investment opportunities in NSW.

NSW Minerals Council chief executive Dr Nicole Williams will look at the industry’s response to the greenhouse challenge and Macquarie Generation fuel and environment manager Steve Ireland’s speech on coal and NSW power generation will cover topical issues sure to attract an audience.

The conference has become a key event on the mining industry’s calendar and attracts a wide range of mining players, according to conference organisers the NSW Department of Primary Industries.
