Equipment Resource Group has a non-exclusive agency agreement with China Coal Technology & Engineering Group (CCTEG), one of China’s leading equipment and infrastructure manufacturers, and has negotiated with several of its key customers.

Equipment Resource Group has signed a binding MOU with Atrum Coal covering $US 100 million equipment facility. Atrum Coal is developing one of the world’s largest Anthracite deposits in British Columbia, Canada.

ERG chairman Vince Martin said: “The growth within the mining industry is strong and Equipment Resource Group is very pleased to have a partner of the calibre of CCTEG who can deliver world class equipment to growing mining companies who seek long term relationships.”

ERG also has a MOU with Strategic Minerals covering the development of a new coal mining project in the North Island of New Zealand.

Strategic Minerals is a UK-listed company that has magnetite processing operations in New Mexico.

The company also has a MOU with Tellus Holdings worth $A120 million covering equipment and infrastructure.
