Equipment Resource Group has a non-exclusive agency agreement with China Coal Technology & Engineering Group (CCTEG), one of China’s leading equipment and infrastructure manufacturers, and has negotiated with several of its key customers.
Equipment Resource Group has signed a binding MOU with Atrum Coal covering $US 100 million equipment facility. Atrum Coal is developing one of the world’s largest Anthracite deposits in British Columbia, Canada.
ERG chairman Vince Martin said: “The growth within the mining industry is strong and Equipment Resource Group is very pleased to have a partner of the calibre of CCTEG who can deliver world class equipment to growing mining companies who seek long term relationships.”
ERG also has a MOU with Strategic Minerals covering the development of a new coal mining project in the North Island of New Zealand.
Strategic Minerals is a UK-listed company that has magnetite processing operations in New Mexico.
The company also has a MOU with Tellus Holdings worth $A120 million covering equipment and infrastructure.
Tellus specialises in the development of Salt and Kaolin deposits in Australia. This MOU was recently signed in Beijing, China, with Northern Territory minister for business Asian engagement and trade Peter Styles present.
ERG is a shareholder and holds exclusive Australian marketing rights for Conveyor Manufactures Australia, which designs and manufactures through CCTEG a high speed installation and retraction conveyor system.
