The 6Mt increase at tenement EL 4877 comes after completion of JORC-compliant analysis of one additional drillhole at the Latrobe Valley site.

Study of the cored drillhole in the Moe Swamp area of the Gippsland Basin resulted in a 39.8m intersection of brown coal where a thickness of only 28.9m had previously been modelled.

Greenpower says drill results and the resource increase add to the understanding of the target area and will be used in developing future planning strategies.
