Cochrane to chair Bounty

BOUNTY Industries director and former Barlow Jonker director Gary Cochrane will become Bounty's newest chairman.

He was appointed to the Bounty board in November last year.

Cochrane is known in the mining industry as a founding shareholder in Millennium Coal, and is a former managing director of Barlow Jonker.

Dr Colin Knox has stepped down from the chairmanship to pursue business interests in New Zealand, but will remain a non-executive director.
