CIMIC quits Macmahon

WITH its takeover play for Macmahon Holdings over, CIMIC Group has sold is 23.64% shareholding in Macmahon on the Australian Securities Exchange.

The sale was at 16.5c per Macmahon share, netting CIMIC $46.85 million. CIMIC said the transaction would generate a profit for it as it was at a 65% premium to the three-month weighted volume average...
