Under the design and construct equipment package contract RCRMT is tasked with delivering a 3500 tonne per hour relocatable HOP9 crushing plant to FMG, from its South West facilities in Bunbury and Welshpool.

The new plant will extend the four relocatable plants previously developed by RCRMT, which have been humming along nicely onsite at Cloudbreak at 2500tph.

The plant will be fed by FMG's autonomous truck fleet.

RCRMT executive general manager Ian Gibbs said the work order complements current works to supply apron and belt feeders for the Eliwana mine and rail project and further strengthens the company's long relationship with FMG.

Gibbs said current contract works are worth around $40 million.

He added the company is teaming up with some leading WA sub-contractors to deliver the specialist services required in the work order.

"Since the sale to NRW in February, RCRMT has secured orders in all the major WA projects reinforcing our status as the market leader in the design and manufacture of relocatable plants, apron feeders and belt feeders." Gibbs said.

NRW CEO and managing director Jules Pemberton said he is delighted with the HOP9 contract award.

"RCRMT prides itself on its innovation driven solutions for its clients and I am excited by the part RCRMT will play in the broader NRW group's future as we continue to grow and evolve our business model," he said.
