MACA has provided mining services at Duketon, in Western Australia's northeastern Goldfields, since 2010.
Duketon encompasses 12 operating mines including Moolart Well, Garden Well and Rosemont.
Regis reported annual gold production at Duketon in 2021 of 356,000 ounces, from 9.9 million tonnes of ore, at an all-in sustaining cost of $1336 per ounce.
As part of the extension MACA will use its existing fleet on site and 258-strong workforce to deliver drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, plant maintenance and technical services across Regis' open pits in the area.
The extension is expected to generate up to $50 million per annum in revenue for MACA.
The contract extension boosts MACA's work in hand to $2.6 billion.
MACA CEO Mike Sutton said the company had a longstanding relationship with Regis at Duketon.
"MACA is proud to be an ongoing part of this operation," he said.
"This project will be undertaken utilising existing fleet and contributes to MACA's secured mining work in hand in the Goldfields region, ensuring future work continues to consist of a balanced portfolio of commodities."
