Peabody increase met coal sales with clement weather

TONS sold from Peabody Energy’s seaborne metallurgical division were 0.7 million short tons higher than the prior quarter, primarily because of higher sales from its Coppabella Moorvale Joint Venture as rail and port congestion and heavy rains in Queensland affected the first quarter.
