Accessing the website and reading the Magazine

Q: How do I access the website

A: Australia's Mining Monthly's website is available at www.miningmonthly.com. To access content, you will need the username and password you set up when you signed up for your subscription.

If you can't remember your username and password, click the "Sign In" box anywhere on the website, and then click "Forgot password?". We'll then send you a link where you can reset your password. Alternatively, you can send an email to our customer service team at subscriptions@aspermont.com.


Q: When and how do I receive the magazine?

A: The magazine can be read in your Desktop Web Browser, on your Tablet Device, or as a print copy sent to an address of your choice.

You will need a subscription package including the 'Magazine' option to get the magazine, whether on desktop, tablet, smartphone or in print.

To access the magazine in your Desktop Web Browser, or using a Tablet you will need the username and password you set up when you signed up for your subscription.

Purchasing/Renewing Australia's Mining Monthly

Q: I would like to subscribe to Australia's Mining Monthly

A: To subscribe to Australia's Mining Monthly, you can either;

  • Visit miningmonthly.com, click on subscribe in the top right hand corner, select your preferred package and make a secure payment online
  • Contact the subscriptions department through our switchboard on + 61 (08) 6263 9100 or email subscriptions@aspermont.com.

You will be sent an order confirmation after completing your online purchase. If you specifically require a pro-forma invoice, please request this from customer service.


Q: I would like to renew my Australia's Mining Monthly subscription

A: Contact the subscriptions department through our switchboard on + 61 (08) 6263 9100 or email subscriptions@aspermont.com quoting your subscriber number and account name.


My online account

Q: I cannot sign in to my account or have forgotten my sign in details.

A: Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your password you can easily reset your password by clicking the forgotten password link on the sign in page. If you are still having difficulties contact the subscriptions department through our switchboard on + 61 (08) 6263 9100 or email subscriptions@aspermont.com.


Adding Online users

Q: I would like to add online users to my Australia's Mining Monthly subscription account

A: You can only have more than one online user licence if you have subscribed to a multi-user subscription package. To check the details of current online users in your subscription, add extra online user licences or upgrade to a multi-user subscription please contact the subscription department through our switchboard on + 61 (08) 6263 9100 or email subscriptions@aspermont.com.


Q: I would like to join my organisation's subscription

A: To request an online user licence from an existing multi-user subscription package please email subscriptions@aspermont.com or contact the member manager from your organisation.


Change Account Information

Q: I would like to change my billing or delivery address

A: To change your delivery, billing address or any of your contact details, you can easily do so from your account management page. To access your account management page visit miningmonthly.com, click on subscribe in the top right hand corner then click on manage your subscription. Alternatively, please email subscriptions@aspermont.com quoting your subscription reference number with the details that need to be updated.


Delivery Issues

Q: I am not receiving my copies of Australia's Mining Monthly or have missed an issue

A: Please email subscriptions@aspermont.com with details of the issue(s) missed quoting your subscription reference number with your complete delivery address.

*Please note that claims for missing issue(s) must be made within 3 months of the issue being published.

Missing issues claimed more than three months after publication must be paid for. 


Account and Payment issues

Q: I would like to check my subscription account payment and fulfilment status.

My Newsletters

If you are a paid subscriber to Australia's Mining Monthly, you will automatically be added to our newsletter distribution list. If you are not a paid subscriber, click here to subscribe for free.


Email Whitelisting Instructions for MiningMonthly.com Newsletter Subscribers

Australia's Mining Monthly emails including newsletters are delivered by a suppliers called HubSpot, MailChimp and Adestra.

If you are not receiving editorial newsletters, we have prepared a list of steps to help resolve the problem.

If you cannot action these steps yourself, you may need the support of your IT department or email service provider (for example, Microsoft, Google or Yahoo).


Whitelist our Email Sending Domains

Please add the dedicated domains we use to send editorial newsletters to your domain whitelist.

The following domains should be added to your sending domain whitelist:

  • miningmonthly-marketing.com
  • newsletters.miningmonthly.com

Add us to your email application's Contacts list

Use your email client's Sender, Contacts or Address Book menu options to add us to your contact list.

In Microsoft Outlook, this option can be found under the Message menu at: Message >> Sender >> Add to Contacts.

This may be titled differently dependent on your version of Microsoft Outlook. The option may be found elsewhere in other email clients.

Add us to your Safe Senders list

Use your email client's Junk Email options to ensure our emails are never marked as spam.

In Microsoft Outlook, do this by right-clicking one of our emails in your message list, then visiting the Junk menu and choosing the Junk >> Never Block Sender option.

This may be titled differently dependent on your version of Microsoft Outlook. The option may be found elsewhere in other email clients.
