Resources Regulator welcomes appeal decision

THE New South Wales Resources Regulator has welcomed the successful appeal against the inadequate conviction of a company whose employee was left a quadriplegic in a workplace accident at Yancoal’s Ashton coal mine in NSW’s Hunter Valley.
