LTG: 25km of open cut coal in Hunter

IF THE proposed United Wambo open cut mine is approved by the New South Wales Planning Assessment Commission there will be 25km of nearly uninterrupted open cuts between Broke and Jerry’s Plains, straddling two major waterways and causing cumulative noise and air pollution, according to the Lock the Gate Alliance.
