Risks not properly analysed before horrific fire injuries at Mt Arthur incident

A CONTRACTOR at BHP’s Mt Arthur coal mine in New South Wales failed to sufficiently analyse the risks identified by its workers in their personal risk assessment tools, the NSW Resources Regulator has found, after a 29-year-old contract worker suffered serious burns to his face, neck, torso and arms in a serious incident last year.
