NSW urges dust health checks after dust disease investigation

THE New South Wales Resources Regulator will not take enforcement action against any NSW mine despite “Worker Y” being diagnosed with mixed dust disease in 2017. It is, however, urging current and former coal mine workers to maintain regular health screenings.
