Questions asked about NSW govt $262M payment to Shenhua

THE New South Wales government did not have to pay Chinese group Shenhua $262 million to scale back its application for the renewal of its Watermark coal project licence as it was seeking renewal of only 50% or less of the area, an activist group claims.
