Yesterday, Queensland Premier Anna Bligh testified that Nuttall did not declare the receipt of the money from Talbot between 2002 and 2005.

She added that Nuttall did not declare a $60,000 payment from former Jellinbah Resources director Harold Shand.

According to the Australian Financial Review, former Queensland premier Peter Beattie will give evidence by the end of the week via videolink from the USA.

The newspaper reported that witnesses on standby include Macarthur chairman and former Queensland treasurer Keith De Lacy, Macarthur CEO Nicole Hollows and former acting premier Terry Mackenroth.
