The milestone brings it a step closer to achieving its corporate goals and strengthens its commitment for continuously improving the products and services that will meet or exceed our customers’ expectations, according to managing director Tim Leeson.

“This certification comes as a result of months of hard work combined with several years of operating under the ISO9001 guidelines,” he told ILN.

“Our customers can be confident that Inoxihp Australia is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of responsiveness in achieving our goal of total customer satisfaction.”

The Five Ticks StandardsMark is issued to companies that have met the rigorous requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management standard, according to Leeson.
