Our success now sees us needing to expand our team and we are seeking an experienced, self-starter to help grow our established Advisory business.

About the Role:
- Prepare information memoranda
- Analyse a broad spectrum of financing proposals
- Work with our clients and their financiers to develop detailed term sheets and negotiate financing documentation
- Extensive client interaction
- Depending on your expertise and experience, overall transaction management and business development

About You:
- 5+ years' work experience in project finance
- Understand the steps involved and the key elements of a financing transaction, and are execution oriented
- A well-rounded academic background
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial, highly motivated and the ability to work independently
- Able to instigate, build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients and finance providers
