Under the scope of the latest contract Veris is to provide survey management services including surveying, data and geographic information system services for a concentrate and return water pipeline at Iron Bridge.

The project, 145km south of Port Hedland, is designed to produce 22 million tonnes per annum when it opens.

Veris has been on site since November as part of the stage 1, $2 million contract awarded previously by MPC Kinetic.

The new works will generate about $4 million in revenue over the next 12-months.

Veris also secured a $600,000 civil contract in southeast Queensland.

Veris Australia CEO Michael Shirley said despite the economic uncertainty due to COVID-19, the company's secured forward workload continued to grow and there was more than $50 million, to be executed over the next 12 months.

He said Veris had a healthy, unsecured project pipeline that continued to grow and had a weighted value of $190 million over the next 24 months.

"We continue to demonstrate our strength in the delivery of pipeline surveys and spatial data services across Australia and look forward to working closely with our clients to execute these projects with our talented teams in Queensland and Western Australia," he said.

"Given the considerable workload of future pipeline projects nationally, we are well positioned to leverage our strength and capability in pipelines and linear infrastructure to secure future opportunities."
