Schrole managing director Rob Graham said the contract contained standard business and termination clauses and would be invoiced in the June FY2023 quarter.

He said Schrole had been delivering contextualised courses for Rio Tinto both domestically and globally, since 2007.

"Schrole is proud of its strong relationship with Rio Tinto in WA," he said.

"The demand for minerals that Rio Tinto provides for green technologies means that its staff must be able to meet this demand [and] Schrole Develop's training supports the Rio Tinto team to meet this growing demand for green minerals, while maintaining industry best practice in on-the job training."
