Automation Studio is a circuit design, simulation and project documentation software for fluid power systems and automation applications.
Used by engineers, trainers and service and maintenance personnel, Automation Studio can play a role in design, training and troubleshooting of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical control systems.
Famic said the software can validate designs, detect flaws, and perform training and maintenance on mining equipment systems such as hydrostatic transmissions, power steering units and load sensing pumps.
The system can aid in reducing troubleshooting time, downtime, and replacement costs, and improve engineering design processes.
At the Expo, Famic will showcase new software features, including a Canbus link that turns Automation Studio into a complete virtual machine, a new animation module, extended libraries and models, and more features specifically designed to cover the needs for machine life cycle from design to maintenance.
CONEXPO/CON-AGG will be held in Las Vegas, USA, March 15-19 2005.
