“Having lived through failures ourselves, we have learnt from those mistakes and can give advice based on experience and not just academics.

“In the current environment, there are a lot of people in important roles that haven’t had those years of experience and we can help fill that void.”

Palaris specialises in project management, business improvement, productivity improvement for longwalls and development, general restructuring work and due diligence.

Its contract operations management services cover management organisation, statutory, project management and organisational support systems, mine planning, financial management, risk mitigation tools and technical services support.

They also offer geotechnical oversight services and are currently involved with several support contracts, including project management of the Caroona exploration program.
