Low-maintenance body launched

The Westech Optima, from Austin Engineering, is also designed to be low maintenance.

The truck body has been analysed with the latest finite element analysis and load simulation software.

It is compatible with all types of original equipment, manufacturer chassis and is available through Austin Engineering, Australia-wide.

Austin Engineering Perth operations manager Mark Richards said the body was optimised to provide greater productivity by maximising payload.

“Because we design each body to suit mine-specific operating conditions, the Optima is a low-maintenance body,” he said.
