The plan entitles shareholders to purchase up to $5000 worth of ordinary fully paid shares at 4c per share.
The maximum investment per shareholder is 125,000 shares and the minimum investment is 50,000 shares for an investment of $2000.
The maximum number of shares issued is 26.88 million for a possible total capital raising of $1.075 million.
The funds raised will be used for working capital fund rollout of the company’s surface fleet into the coal and energy sectors.
The company said in the event that less that 26.88 million shares are applied for, the shortfall may be placed at the discretion of the directors.
