Bundoora gets a boost

Bounty has pulled 15 workers from its nearby Aquila project to help Anglo finish the developments, including gate road development for its existing longwalls, and outbye services such as conveyor belt installations.

Anglo said the Bundoora mine is being constructed to ensure long-term production of high quality coal at German Creek, Queensland.

While additional longwall development work at the mine has not yet been allocated, Bounty said it is in negotiations with the company, and anticipates securing the new work.
