DBT strikes deal with ADX

ADX, a provider of supply chain integration solutions, will work with DBT’s suppliers to quickly enable electronic trading with DBT via the ADX Network, significantly improving business processes and reducing overall supply chain costs.

"ADX will help us rapidly streamline the transaction process with our entire supplier base," said DBT materials manager Mike Steinke.

"ADX provides services to help our suppliers trade business documents electronically. The payoff here goes beyond reducing costs and improving operational and administrative efficiencies for both DBT and our supplier community – we’re promoting more productive relationships with our key suppliers that will ultimately drive better results for our customers."

ADX helps large enterprises expand the success of business process automation beyond their own walls to automate and streamline outdated, manual processes that they share with their suppliers.

ADX Network services let large enterprises such as DBT connect to a universal, any-to-any translator to electronically exchange a wide range of business documents with all of its suppliers.

ADX is working closely with DBT to implement a comprehensive program to integrate all of DBT’s suppliers, eliminating unnecessary costs and increasing business efficiency for all parties in the supply chain.

With this agreement, ADX continues to expand its customer base in the global metals and mining industry. In addition to DBT, industry leaders Arch Coal and Peabody Energy both work with ADX for supply chain integration.
