The manufacturer and supply company is up against three other like-minded companies to win the award in the large advanced manufacturer category.
Other categories include New South Wales Young Exporter of the Year, Emerging Exporter of the Year and the Regional Exporter award.
Australia Institute of Export executive director Ian Murray said the 2011 finalists had a sound marketing strategy, innovation and good business practices.
“Many have faced strong competition, a difficult business environment and a rising dollar and have successfully emerged as a finalist in the 2011 Premier’s NSW Export Awards,” Murray said.
Last year, DSI Australia was awarded Exporter of the Year at the Hunter and Central Coast Export Awards after it exported more than $A20 million worth of mining products and systems.
The Australian Institute of Export Awards will be held on October 20 at Sydney’s Le Montage.
