Dennis Heninger, formerly senior product engineer and export manager for Longwall Associates, has been with the company for 10 years and proved himself an integral part of international business development for the company. He has also served well as senior product engineer on over 25% of the pan lines operating in the United States, the company said.
In Heninger’s new role he will continue to work with clients to optimise equipment design and performance, in addition to his engineering/managerial functions.
Mike Yates resigned from his position with Joy to join the Longwall Associates team. His extensive experience in business operations will enable the company to expand markets for its products, the company said. Yates will also oversee the company's direction into new areas such as roof supports and conventional mining.
