MST makes global moves

MST said Hendrik de Meyer would be based in Johannesburg.

Africa is one of MST’s known targeted regions for growth and Meyer will take on the responsibility of ensuring the company continues to expand its presence in the region.

Meanwhile Igor Korolev will head up MST’s Europe, Russia and Central Asia divisions.

As vice president, Korolev will be responsible for creating and managing new sales and support operations and spearheading business development throughout Europe and Asia, including Kazakhstan and Mongolia.

MST has also appointed Brian Musfeldt as vice president of finance at its US operations.

Musfeldt will oversee the financial reporting, operational processes and financial resolution of projects for MST in the US.

MST chief executive officer Lloyd Zenari said he was confident the new appointments would make a significant contribution to the company.

"Our success is in our ability to develop, supply, and service the best intelligent networks and applications in the industry and we are only able to do that because we have the best people in the industry to design, manufacture, deploy and maintain those products for our customers,” Zenari said.

“I am very pleased that these individuals have decided to join us and I look forward to their participation in our continuing success."
